He is a Chartered Accountant form ICAI, India and completed his MBA from the European Institute of Leadership & Management. Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Rishi holds rich and diverse experience extends across various industry domains and geographic locations, both in India and Overseas. He has worked in various corporate setups including Atulaya Healthcare Group, Absolute Barbecues Group, and RG Stone Hospital Group, Devyani International Limited ICICI Bank Ltd and Vardhman Textiles Group.
